These terms govern use of the Evidiam website. Client services are governed by a separate written agreement.

Informational material

Website examples and sample findings illustrate our methodology. They are not certified product specifications, engineering advice or a conclusion about regulatory compliance.

Complimentary scans

Submitting a review request does not guarantee acceptance or create a client relationship. Scope, timing, and deliverables for paid work will be documented separately.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or misrepresent your identity or authority.

Intellectual property

Evidiam owns the website design, service methodology and original materials it creates, except for third-party names, marks and source material belonging to their respective owners.

Availability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. We may change or discontinue website features without notice.
