# Evidiam Trust and Data Practices

Evidiam begins with the minimum information needed to evaluate the buyer experience. A complimentary AI Buyer Review uses public company information and does not require credentials, system access, or confidential data.

## Public-data-first scope

The initial review can use company, product, service, catalogue, document, channel, and other buyer-visible sources. If a paid product pilot uses internal records, the customer approves the specific products, sources, markets, and users in scope.

## Finding controls

Customer-facing conclusions pass review for exact product identity, current source authority, commercial materiality, and repeatability. Automation can collect and organize evidence, but consequential findings are reviewed before delivery.

## Transparent limits

- AI responses can vary by interface, prompt, retrieval mode, session, location, and model update.
- Evidiam records observable conditions and does not claim access to private AI ranking or training systems.
- Improving public product information can improve the evidence available to AI, but no third party can guarantee a specific recommendation.
- Security, retention, processing, and access requirements for customer-provided data are agreed during commercial scoping.
