Evidiam verifies material product claims in AI answers and public sources against current, manufacturer-approved, exact-SKU evidence.

## Priority claim classes

- Safety, approvals, certifications, and compliance boundaries
- Compatibility, configuration, and required accessories
- Pressure, temperature, capacity, range, accuracy, and other operating limits
- Dimensions, weight, connections, clearances, and installation requirements
- Current availability, replacement models, warranty, included components, and regional differences

## Evidence standard

A customer-facing accuracy finding includes the exact model or SKU, the captured AI claim, the authoritative correction, the source URL and controlling location, the platform and observable test conditions, and the capture date. Dealer and distributor pages can show propagation but do not override current manufacturer or regulator evidence.

Missing information is not treated as proof that a claim is false. Ambiguous, sibling-model, stale, or unsupported findings remain unresolved and are not presented as verified errors.

Clients receive a prioritized accuracy register, correction-ready source recommendations, ownership guidance, and repeat testing after changes are published.
